Community West facilitates or assists with a number of networks,
including:
Outer Western Network Against Family
Violence
Community West employs a Networker for the Outer
Western Network Against Family Violence. The role of the Networker
is to raise community awareness of the effects of family and domestic
violence, and to encourage a collaborative approach to service delivery.
Another component of the role, is to encourage support services
to work together, at a local and regional level, to improve the
response to family and domestic violence.

Brimbank Agencies Network (BAN)
The Brimbank Agencies Network (BAN) is a network
of community agencies in the local government area (LGA) of Brimbank.
The purpose of BAN is for agencies in Brimbank to network in order
to advocate on behalf of the Brimbank community, to work collaboratively
on community building initiatives, and to share information between
agencies as well as between agencies and government (local, state,
federal).
The Brimbank LGA is located in Melbourne's outer western region
and covers 25 suburbs over 123 square-kilometres. Brimbank includes
a number of high growth areas and new housing estates.

and Employment Network (LLEN)
The LLEN is a network of local organisations across the education,
training, employment and community sectors that, in working together,
aims to provide improved outcomes and opportunities for young people.
Community West belongs to the Brimbank Melton LLEN.

Melton Shire Community Development
Network
The Melton Shire Community Development Network is coordinated by
the Melton Shire Council to enable networking between agencies that
service the Melton area.
